All of our furniture is lovingly upcycled and may feature natural signs of age, character, and craftsmanship. These charming imperfections are part of the piece’s story and add to its unique personality.

Before You Buy
Our pieces are refinished with care, but may show small quirks like minor dents or marks from their previous life.
We do our best to capture these details clearly in photos and descriptions.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day return policy on standard items.

To complete your return, please fill out the form below and adhere to the following terms:

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and same packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a tracked service.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original delivery charges).

Custom Orders
Commissioned or personalised items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can put things right.
